MELANIE HWA

Melanie is born a thalassophile. She started scuba diving in 2012 and nothing could keep her from the sea ever since. Switching careers 4 years back, got her combining her passion for teaching (she was a lecturer too!), marketing and diving all together – and voila, she’s now a dive instructor!

Her passion to introduce the beauty of the world beneath the surface to the world has always driven her to grow in her diving career. If you know her, you would know that she strives to ensure safety as her top most priority whenever it comes to Scuba Diving. Every diver must be equipped to dive on their own at the end of the course.

When she’s not in the sea diving, she would be at the nearby climbing gym scaling walls! Also a shutterbug, her current favourite subject would be the interesting macro life of the ocean! Check out her photos on her social media to get to know her better personally!
