I took the Swimming Lesson after taking my diving license. I think it is very important for me as it helps me to... overcome the fear of swimming in open waters. From the Swimming Lesson, I have built up my water confidence level and getting the right swimming technique through feedback from instructor, which help me improve my swimming skill greatly. There is also some useful tips for some emergency situations. This is especially helpful, as it trains me how to respond instinctively in high stress situation by make it a habit that I trained from my swimming practice.read more

Best dive centre you can find in Klang Valley that comes with a 3.6m deep Olympic sized pool for you to do your... confined water. Owners - Matthew and Melanie are both friendly and very knowledgeable. The centre is super cozy as well! Great value👍read more

Convenient diving school that takes care of everything from the moment you arrive at their center in PJ to when you... finally get certified at the island of your choice. Reasonably priced (and even actually slightly cheaper) compared to other diving schools in the PJ area.read more

Very professional dive center which doesn't leave the fun of diving behind.I did a couple of trips with them and they... felt like a family holiday.You're in good and experienced hands underwater and on the surface. Even as an experienced divers you never stop learning and Melanie can teach you neat little tricks to improve your diving all the time.I can highly recommend learning to dive here and stay as part of the flow family.PS: My first time diving with Mantas was on one of their trips.read more
