Divemaster

PADI® Rescue Diver, 18 years old or above, with Emergency First Responder, Primary and Secondary Care training within the last 12 months. You’ll need a minimum of 40 logged dives to begin and 60 logged dives to earn this certification.

• Supervising dive activities and assisting with student divers
• Diver safety and risk management
• Divemaster conducted programs and specialized skills
• Business of diving and your career
• Awareness of the dive environment
• Dive setup and management
• Mapping an open water site
• Conducting dive briefings
• Organizing a search and recovery project and a deep dive
• Conducting a scuba review and skin diver course
• Assisting with Discover Scuba Diving and leading Discover Local Diving programs

1 month – 1 year (progress is dependant on individual)

• Theory & pool sessions: Flow Dive Center, PJ Palms
• Open water dives: Option of Tioman, Tenggol, Semporna
• Other islands available at different cost

*50% balance payment pay during start of course for those opting to pay 50%.
